Learning is a lifelong pursuit, and as one of its consitutional goals, the Evanston Amateur Radio Community is here to help.  We've added a Training Center to the website in the hopes that it gives you a starting point and a path to your ham radio learning.  It contains courses recommended by our technical director, Scott Irwin (W8UFO) and those required by the City of Evanston in order to assist in an emergency.  Please let us know what you think!
